Tyler founded Collett Capital in 2015 and focuses on all aspects of its business.

Tyler started his career in the Charlotte office of Collett in 2005 as a Property Manager. In 2007 he became a Broker and focused on leasing Collett developed projects. In 2011 Tyler switched over to the development side of the business and developed shopping centers in the southeast, southwest and midwest.

Joe joined Collett Capital in early 2017 to help launch its private equity business alongside partners John Collett, Tyler Covington and John Turner, and is involved in all aspects of its business with a primary focus on overall investment strategy, capital formation and portfolio and fund management. Since joining, Collett Capital has grown from three direct investments to over $850 million invested and over $300 million of equity raised from private, family office and institutional capital. Most recently, alongside partner Creighton Call, Joe has led the capitalization of Canvas Residential’s 700+ unit build-for-rent pipeline.

Prior to joining Collett Capital he worked for Goldman Sachs in New York in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area (REPIA), the firm’s flagship real estate private equity investing business, and for The Carlyle Group’s U.S. Real Estate investment division in Washington, D.C.

During his career, Joe has directed the investment of more than $1.7 billion in a wide variety of real estate opportunities across the United States with a primary focus on the residential, retail and office sectors.

DuBose joined Collett Capital in 2020 and leads Collett Capital’s multifamily investment strategy.  Prior to joining Collett Capital, DuBose held the role of Vice President of Capital Markets for Crescent Communities.

While at Crescent Communities, DuBose led and participated in the capitalization and disposition of over $4.7 billion in complex real estate investments totaling over 16,000 multifamily units and 2 million square feet of commercial and retail space across the Southeast and Southwest.

Prior to joining Crescent Communities, DuBose worked for Lincoln Property Company as well as CarrWorkplaces in Washington, D.C. Before entering real estate, DuBose served on Capitol Hill as a Congressional aid to two Members of Congress.

Creighton has devoted 15 years of his career in development, investment and acquisition roles for a variety of real estate projects through the Southeast. He has developed residential and mixed-use communities for Crescent Communities, Hines, and Flywheel. Successfully managing planning, entitlements and development opportunities for 5,000 multifamily units and 10,500 residential lots.

In early 2020 Creighton founded EverGreen Living in partnership with a regional home builder to meet the needs of modern renters. Over the course of two years Creighton has assembled over 2,000 lots for build for rent communities.

Bobbi Jo Conigliaro is responsible for the implementation and execution of each commercial property’s strategic business plan in the Collett Capital portfolio. These responsibilities include: overseeing the property management teams during the acquisition, value-enhancement and disposition cycles, assisting with loan management, landlord broker oversight, assisting on lease negotiations and oversight of the redevelopment and tenant upfit projects at the portfolio’s properties.

Bobbi Jo started in property operations in 2013 and has worked on all facets of retail, office and REO assets in the Southeast with Spectrum Properties, Cassidy Turley (Cushman Wakefield) and Collett Management.

Drew joined Collett Capital in June 2022 to lead the firm’s internal & external financial reporting, compliance, treasury, and strategic planning. Drew is a Charlotte native whose professional experience is derived from a 10-year career in public accounting and finance. Most recently he was a consultant implementing accounting systems to improve process efficiencies and increase financial insight. Prior to that Drew spent seven years in public accounting primarily focused on serving high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and pass-through entities. Drew is a licensed CPA and Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina.

Rick joined Collett Capital in 2022 and leads its development and construction efforts with a primary focus on multifamily and mixed-use communities. Prior to Collett Capital, Rick was a Director of Development at Greystar, a vertically-integrated global leader in rental housing, covering North and South Carolina. While at Greystar, Rick led the development of over $500 million of multifamily and student housing communities totaling over 2,800 units.

Prior to Greystar, Rick worked for Crescent Communities in Charlotte overseeing the development and construction of multifamily and mixed-use communities across the Southeast and Southwest.

Rick has extensive experience in the multifamily industry having developed over $1.2 billion of multifamily and student housing communities totaling over 6,000 units during his 20+ year career.

Prior to his time with Greystar and Crescent, Rick owned and operated a construction company specializing in custom and historic home renovations and commercial upfits in Charlotte. Rick spent time as a project manager with construction firms such as Crosland, Bovis Lend Lease and R.J. Griffin & Company.

Jack joined Collett Capital in July 2022 to focus on the acquisition and development of new investments.  Prior to joining Collett Capital, Jack held roles in debt/equity production at Northmarq and portfolio management at Bank of America.  While at Northmarq, Jack helped produce more than $250 million in commercial real estate financing for a variety of property types.  Jack began his career in commercial real estate with Bank of America in July 2017 after graduating from Washington & Lee University.  Jack is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina.

Mason joined Collett Capital in 2021 and focuses on investment execution and successful implementation of strategic business plans for the Collett Capital Portfolio. Prior to joining Collett Capital, Mason held the role of Vice President for Crow Holdings Capital in Dallas where he worked in the Retail Fund group and was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of retail assets throughout the United States.

Prior to returning to business school and subsequently joining Crow Holdings Capital, Mason worked as an Assistant Vice President with Walker & Dunlop underwriting multifamily debt and was based out of Nashville and Washington, D.C over the course of his tenure.

John Collett, along with his brother Robert founded Collett & Associates in 1989. His primary focus has been the development of community shopping centers throughout the Southeast and Midwest. The brothers, along with many their many fine partners, have been responsible for numerous projects totaling in excess of 15,000,000 square feet of retail development.  John is especially proud of the many longstanding relationships with retailers, vendors, lenders, and joint venture partners.

Collett & Associates has offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, Greenville, South Carolina, and Dallas, Texas. The company specializes in the brokerage, management and development of commercial real estate. Today, John Collett remains very involved in all facets of the business.

John Turner has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. John has served both as a principal and an investment advisor to institutional real estate investors and to high-net-worth individuals through his company, Return Holdings. Prior to moving to Charlotte in 2008, John was the Managing Director of Acquisitions for AAC, a private investment firm based in New York specializing in urban retail and mixed-use properties throughout the United States and Canada. John also served as a founder, principal and Head of Acquisitions for Coventry Real Estate Advisors, a $750 million, private real estate investment fund that acquired approximately $1.5 billion in value-added retail properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining Coventry, John worked in the Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions departments for Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York and San Francisco.
